The Gran
Bahia Principe Jamaica is kind of in the middle of nowhere, somewhat bare
ground surround this massive property. It was recently built and is one of the
island’s newest resorts. It is situated on the northern coast of Jamaica in the
small town of Runaway Bay.
Guest rooms, decorated in muted tropical tones, the Gran Bahia Principe is good
value for travelers who don’t mind some dining restrictions and plenty of
fellow travelers at the buffet line. All in all, this one of the islands most
economical all inclusive and could be worth spending a few days.

It is approximately one hour away from Montego Bay and just thirty minutes west
of Ocho Rios. Although is sits by itself
in a town that lacks activities the Gran Bahia Principe is relatively close to
many attractions. The Green Grotto Caves, Horse-back riding, Dunn’s River Falls
and Martha Brae Rafting are all less than an hour away. Bob Marley Nine MileTour and the Blue Hole are just an hour away.
