Q. Is the vehicle air-conditioned?
A. All of our vehicles are spacious, modern and fully
air-conditioned.
Q. Will there be other people with us?
A. No. We specialize in private transportation. Once you book
with us, the vehicle belongs to you until we bring you safely to your
destination.
Q. Can you stop at a convenience store so we can grab
something?
A. While airport transfers are different from our day tours, we
do accommodate short stops along the way to your destination.
Q. If our flight is delayed, will you still wait for us at the
airport?
A. Absolutely. We will be waiting to welcome you. We request
flight numbers when booking as to keep abreast and monitor all flights.
Q. Are your vehicles insured in Jamaica?
A. By law, all motor vehicles are required to have
insurance. Vehicles operating in the
tourism sector must be properly insured as well inspected by the relevant
authorities for the necessary licenses and approvals.
Q. Do we have to call to remind you of our pickup?
A. No. Once your booking
is confirmed and you have received an itinerary with the correct dates and
times, we will be there. There is no need to call and confirm unless you need
to change your dates or times.
